The existing building is a concrete tilt wall construction with athree -ply roof. The building contains 90,000 Gross Square Feet of warehouse facility being heated and exhausted. The front area of the building contains two floors of offices, which is a total of 25,170 Gross Square Feet. The existing building contains 115,170 Gross Square Feet. 2. The existing Warehouse is linked to the new Warehouse addition by saw cutting two 20 x 20 openings in the common wall between them. 3. The existing parking is as follows: a. Warehouse @ 1 /1,000 SF = 90 parking spaces b. Office Cagy 1/300 SF = 84 parkins spaces c. Total parking spaces required = 174 parking spaces 3. The three existing 8x10 overhead doors on the west side of the existing building will be modified to be three 9 x 10 overhead doors. Two of the doors occur in panel 12 and one of the overhead doors occur in panel 11. 4. The Existing Storm Sewer drains to the front and ties into the city storm water system. 5. The new Warehouse Addition is 90,041 Gross Square Feet. The new building will match the exterior concrete tilt up walls and have athree -ply roof. The new addition will be only heated and ventilated. 6. The existing parking is as follows: a. Required parking for the Warehouse addition @ 1/1,000 SF = 91 parking spaces b. Plus the original Warehouse parking of 90 spaces c. Plus the original Office parkins of 84 spaces d. Total parking spaces required = 265 spaces e.
