Mr. Griffin,
I apologize for the misunderstanding. At this time we are only planning on submitting the site plan. I
am requesting the permit application in order to be prepared if/when the site plan is approved. I would
like to review the application to know and understand what information I need to obtain prior to
submitting.
Knowing this, could you please have Rhonda forward me a electronic copy of this document? Again I
apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and your staff.

Ms. Sutton
Rhonda works for me and, as you and I discussed this morning, you do not need to provide a permit or
full construction plans at this time. At this time, you only need to provide a site plan that shows where
you wish to connect to Hackberry within the City of Coppell.. This is what we discussed in our
12/19/2006 meeting. Once I have the site plan, I will discuss the proposed connection to Hackberry
with the Manager's office and our legal counsel I will then be able to respond to you concerning the
proposed connection to Hackberry.
