Rather than process the dGCUn~erlts submitted to the Cify for review and
approval, the documents, according to varipUS City representatives, were directed
to Ken Gri`fin, P.E., fhe City's Director of Engineering/Public Warks.
Mr: Griffin has not yet granted the requested pcrmiis. In fact, Mr, Griffin has
clearly dnd unequivoc:aily stated the curb cut fa Hackberry Road would not be
accepted andlor considered untiE a site plat has becr~) received and reviewed by
the City's attorney. Over the last se~~c-r~al week,, Mr. Griffin ac+vises the City Attorney

to process the Application are unilateral act; which are not contained within the
City's building codes or the City's developr-ner;t ordinance<.
