Construction Plan Review Comments

The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
Sheet C4 -
1. You should note that the 27" RCP is on Sheet C8, not C7.
2. Additional information needs to be provided north of the proposed three-grate inlets. Also,
the top of the grate inlet elevation should be provided.
Once these changes have been made, please submit revised copies for the City Engineer's stamp.
The City of Coppell requires three sets of final construction plans for its use; your office should
submit as many additional sets for stamping as necessary for construction operations. All
contractors and subcontractors onsite must have a copy of the plans approved by the City of
Coppell.
All fees must be paid prior to release of this project for construction. The City charges a 2%
inspection fee for all private construction outside the building's footprint. This would include
dirt work, paving, storm drain, water lines, sewer lines, drainage pipes, etc. that are private. For
all installations in public right-of--way, the City of Coppell charges a 4% fee. A check for
inspection fees made to City of Coppell should be submitted to this office along with a
Construction Development Permit and the NOI. For your convenience a spreadsheet is attached
to the permit application for use in calculating the inspection fees. A copy of the contract(s)
should be attached for verification purposes. If you have any questions, please contact me at
