Mr. Calvert, I've spoken with Mr. Griffin about the plat and the fees today. The assessment that was done
in February is most likely not correct due to changes done to the proposed project in the interim (since his
April email). If we can get an accounting of the proposed square footage and a breakdown of the
proposed uses as they are now, he will sign the plat.
The revised assessment done in February showed a small amount of roadway impact due on the building
(separate from the restaurant) after the credits were applied. It is a neglible amount and we will release
the plat so you can file it as soon as we get the information asked for above.
I will send a follow-up email with the assessments attached so you can see how they were calculated
initially and then can address the changes made in size and uses since it was done.
