RE: Bethel Road Drainage Improvements
Dear Mr. Sifford:
Per the Pre-Construction meeting, you will be the Administrator and
Steve Morton will be the inspection control for this project, reporting
to you on any and all project matters. The removal of Wayne Ginn from
this project was and is a total surprise. But I assure you the City of
Coppell will live up to its "Reasonable" commitments.
Please remove Shohre Daneshmand and myself from the general project
mailing list. I will be involved as you deem necessary, and as docu-
mented in writing with prior notice and approval.
It does appear that Wayne Ginn has vanished and I will be double check-
ing on whatever might need to be followed up on, as well as what Ginn,
Inc.'s commitments are, contractually, professionally and morally. I
understand that you do not have a testing firm as yet, nor have the
approved drawings process been determined yet.
You and Steve will be handling all project matters, including testing
control and monthly payments, etc. that will be furnished to me with
your approvals and recommendations. I will then forward to the Finance
Department for processing. You and Steve will keep all project records.
ALL, ALL change orders, if any, will need the City Council's PRIOR
approval.
We will be receiving a cash flow projection and bar chart for scheduling
of this project. Please consider setting up periodic set construction
meetings with Minyards personnel, City personnel, Police Department, and
others so they can have the availability of project contact.
If there are any other questions, please let me know.
SincereLy,
usse~l' R. ~o~e, P.E.
