Public/Institutional to Residential Low Density on approximately 11
acres of property along Denton Tap Road and a zoning change request
from PD-108-LI (Planned Development-108-Light Industrial) to PD-228-
SF-9 (Planned Development-228-Single Family-9), with a Concept Plan,
to allow the development of 56 single-family homes and common/ open
space areas on 20 acres of property located at the southwest corner of
Bethel and Denton Tap Roads, at the request of Toll Brothers, being
represented by Matt Alexander, Dowdey, Anderson & Associates, Inc.
