Submit certificates in the amount and with the coveracjes required in
the specifications. Please note on the certificate that the Owner,
Engineer, (DeShazo, Starek & Tang, Inc. } and Minyard Food Stores,
Inc. and their agents and employees, are named as additional
insureds.
