Fire lines need a double detector check within a 20' x 20' easement.
What is the condition of the existing 6" sewer line? Should it be upgraded to an 8"
line?
Verify the notes relative to floodplain on this site.
What is the purpose of all the fire lanes also being used as utility easements?
Is there a way to better clarify what easements are being abandoned?
