I, OM ~ ~~ , being the owner of the private
property located at ~0 ~Kaye Street , have recently
permitted Rhode Construction Company to use my property
during contruction of Storm Drainage Improvements.
All previous agreements have been fulfilled by the
Contractor, and property has now been restored to my
satisfaction, (with exception of items listed below).
My signature assures that I will not expect the Contractor
or the City to be held responsible for any further
improvements to my property, unless stated below.

Property Owner Correspondence
This letter is regarding the replacement of the side
fences, on my property located at 336 Kaye Street. Instead
of replacing the existing masonary fence with block, I
have given permission to use chain link fence on both
sides, and remove old materials from the property. The
Contractor has completed this to my satisfaction and
will not be expected to make any further improvements
to my property.
