now in the process of producing the final construction record drawings to be delivered to the City of Coppell.
A__s such, the City has scheduled a fthal walk-throu~h for Wednesday, December 14, 1999 at
startmg~t"}ne Wago~ t~tteel'~anch Iz'levhted Storage TanR.
We are also enclosing five copies of Change Order Number 3 to your contract with the City for the
construction of this project. Change Order Number 3 covers the compensation for delays experienced while
easement issues were resolved. If the change order is acceptable, please sign and return all five copies to this
office.
