Re:
Bethel Road Drainage Improvements
from Postal Site to Freeport Parkway
J88148. O2
Dear Mr. Minyard:
Thank you for arranging time to meet with Mr. Ginn and me on
June 9. At Mr. Ginn's request, we are analyzing right-of-way
requirements for Bethel Road and preparing a new alignment for our
box culvert.
At our meeting you took issue with your facility engineer's
statement that your cold storage system would not operate longer
than two hours without water. There appeared to be a possibility
that your system would operate considerably longer. Please confirm
in writing at the earliest your water utility needs during our
modifications of the 16" water llne in Freeport. To-date, we
understand your requirements are as follows:
1. Maintain your fire protection system.
2. Provide cooling water for your cold storage compressors.
Compressors cannot operate longer than two hours without
cooling water.
Your response at the earliest would be appreciated. Please do not
hesitate to call if we can answer any questions.
Sincerely,
tor, ' ' Engineering
