2. Submittals:
Status as is documented in various correspondence
3. Project Schedule:
Hydromulching is to be done prior to September 1
Northstar to revise schedule to reflect completion of South end of project first, with North
end around Sundial to be completed later. Schedule to indicate the transfer of site access
to northeast side of Town Center Building. Northstar to provide a formal request for such
revised site access.
4. RFI's
#1 -Change of the pier design -finalized
#2 -Justice Center Parking lot alignment finalized
#3 -Stage area at rear of Town Center. Northstar proceeding with removal of patio and steps
#4 -Grades at south end of project to be confirmed -finalized and installed
#5 -Question regarding the routing of the existing building electrical service and where to tie in?
Northstar to confirm elevation and alignment, Halff to respond
#6 -Sundial Foundation - uplights are shown to be installed in 2 of the beams. Halff responded
with final location
#7 -Optic Fiber line at the Fountain is located within the pour of the Fountain foundation.
Decided to leave Fiber in place, sleeve around it, pour bottom of footing around sleeve
#8 -Verification of elevations of screening and dumpster walls -finalized
5. Sunports International has submitted information to Halff to be considered as approved equal for
shade structure. Halff approved, awaiting shop drawings

6. Centex has located trees for project, city has approved, authorized tagging.
7. Northstar putting together Change Order No. 1 for new lighting at the north end of the Justice
Center
Elevation transitions at south end of site are problematic-City to contact YMCA to see if solution
can be worked out. YMCA has agreed to let city slope to grade.
9. Northstar has questions about the layout of the Sundial Plaques, conflicting with other elements
of the project
