I've included information from Northlake concerning sewer usage. I'm not sure if you ever made
contact with them, as I requested, so I don't know how this information impacts your analysis.

Discipline Director for Jocobs have requested that North Lake College
provide you the following information for the Coppell campus location.
We estimated that we use 32.8 gallons per square foot per year at the
main campus. The basis for this estimate comes from the 2006 actual
meter water usage minus the aquatic center meter usage (they use about 2
million gallons a,year). The total was divided by the gross square foot
minus the Library square oot (because it is on a separate meter). We
searched the Internet for some standard school use rates but couldn't
fnd anything that compared to us. Therefore. if you use the 32.8
gallons per square foot times the North Campus approx. 35.000 gross
square foot. we would use approx. 1.148.000 gallons of water a ,year.

I apologize that this has taken longer than we originally planned - we ended up getting some decent
usage data to use as a reference for potential flows from the College. The more we were looking into
the proposed flows and options, we saw some significant surcharge issues and wanted to make sure we
had all of our bases covered with the options we recommended. Please review the attached
