Northstar to formalize Schedule of Values. Ok as currently proposed
Cen-Tex Seeding -Names and contact information of references still needed; all plant
names to include botanical name.
Northstar requested that the concrete submittal be returned ASAP as will be holding up
the proposed pour of sidewalk on north-west side of project
Project Schedule:
Hydromulching is to be done prior to September 1
Northstar to revise schedule to reflect completion of South end of project first, with North
end around Sundial to be completed later. Schedule to indicate the transfer of site access
to northeast side of Town Center Building. Northstar to provide a formal request for such
revised site access.

RFI's
#1 -Northstar wants to have the flexibility of changing the pier design for the screening walls
and retaining walls due to high ground water. Determination will be made after drilling is
completed for the Sundial
#2 -City needs to verify the location of the eastern alignment of the proposed southern Justice
Center Parking lot.
Northstar and City to make determination as to how irrigation wires will be taken from the west
side of the building, to the garden on the east side
Sunports International has submitted information to Halff to be considered as approved equal for
shade structure. Halff reviewing

7. City will not authorize the proposed change to the fountain design. Construct as designed and
awarded
8. Discussed size and quantity of trees. In particular, the Texas Ash. Cen Tex to provide 9-4" trees
as outlined in addendum # 1
9. The existing lighting bollards (3) at the north end of the Justice Center shall be removed by
Northstar along with the sidewalk demo. Halff will propose a new lighting design for this area
of the project.
10. Mark McGraw - Halff Engineer to verify USGS benchmark elevations for project.
11. Mark McGraw preparing a response regarding top of wall and bottom of wall elevations
reflected on the drawings for the retaining wall
12. Northstar still working on the ultimate solution for construction of the concrete structure of the
Sundial.
13. Northstar reports that the steps at the rear of Town Center have been sawcut, but it appears that
the foundation for the building extends into this area. They have temporarily stopped work for
direction from City/Halff
14. Recessed to the project site to discuss the forms erected for the sidewalk pour on the north end of
the project. Recommendations were received by Northstar regarding two ramps and sidewalk
alignment.
