I've attached the March 12 fee letter sent to your office and a spreadsheet of the fees. The roadway impact is due before the plat is filed, the Construction Inspection fee is due prior to the pre-con for the project. That fee is based on the 2% and 4% calculation mentioned in the fee letter. We are holding the construction plans awaiting payment of the fees. You may want to forward this info to the owner.
