This letter is to notify you of repairs that are necessary in the area of a storm drain inlet
installed by your company during construction of the Hidden Valley Estates
infrastructure. A resident to the south of the referenced subdivision has contacted the
City reporting that a deep hole has developed behind the storm drain inlet/headwall
constructed near his home at 148 Maywood Circle.
The work your company performed remains under maintenance bond until September
20, 2007. Please contact me regarding when your personnel will be scheduled to begin
the necessary repairs.
