!just spoke with Don Hathaway of Klaasmeyer Construction, a contractor for Verizon. They were the last
utility to work in the vicinity of the damage you reported. He said if the irrigator wants to call him, he will
get the info to the right person at their company. His number is 972/877-5455.
Let us know if this repair is not accomplished in a timely manner or to your satisfaction.

I checked Royal Park today and the capped lateral on the corner of Freeport
Pkwy and Burns was not tied back in. We have 3 rotors with out water. Please
find out if they want the utility contractor to complete their work or if
they want us to do the repair. This is a high visibility area since it is on
the frontage at Freeport Pkwy and Burns.
