Include Plat in Construction plans. 2. Update Location map to show proper street names. 3. Legal should read "Lot 1 A-R Block A. Sheet C 1.01 4. The fire hydrant on the west side that is to remain is on the line where the demolition begins; make sure it is protected. Sheet C2.01 5. Specify the sub-grade material for the paving. Sheet C3.01 6. Check the elevations on the north side with the As-Builts for Sandy Lake Rd. Sheet C4.02 7. Show the storm sewer profiles. Sheet C5.01 8. Show the water line plug on the plans more clearly and show the fire hydrant to remain. Sheet C6.01 9.
