Today I met with Larry Davis and the contractor fo~ Kaye Street Drainage at the job site to discuss concerns
2. Construction of fences across the swale
It was decided that with the exception ora few area~ the swale 8fade as shown was adequate for 3:1 tide. slopes.
The areas of concern were across 308, 312 and 340 Kaye Street. These areas have been revised and four copies
submitted fro' your distrilmtion to the contractor and inspection staff.
Fences across the swale could no~ be co~lruc~ed le~l ~cross ~ resale ~ c~eafing a place where ~nlmals
could ~ross under. Fence co~rm:lio~ co~d be accompiM~l by 'dil~ll~ t~e fences down in ~he swale areas

would allow some lmsitive overflow yet slill retain s~imsls by comtruclion of a level fence.
