Construction Plan Review Comments
Dear Mr Hennessey:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Your plan proposes concentrating the runoff drainage onto the adjacent property. We cannot
approve this plan as shown. Either the site should be re-graded to send run-off to the
detention area, or you should provide documentation from the adjacent property owner that a
drainage easement exists along the abandoned railroad spur.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convenience.
