What I wanted to point out to you is that the construction work is happening right now and Comcast's general contractor has trenched on the bridge over the creek on the south of the property versus directionally drill under the creek as stipulated in the approved permit application. Directionally drilling under the creek is very important to us (and I believe to the City) because when the property is re- platted, the bridge will most likely need to be replaced and brought up to code and these lines would have to be relocated again.
