Ken, As I believe you are aware, Comcast has been approved by your office and the City for a Right-of-
Way Use Permit to relocate their lines via a City utility easement running through our property at 239 W.
Bethel Road. What I wanted to point out to you is that the construction work is happening right now and
Comcast's general contractor has trenched on the bridge over the creek on the south of the property
versus directionally drill under the creek as stipulated in the approved permit application. Directionally
drilling under the creek is very important to us (and I believe to the City) because when the property is re-
platted, the bridge will most likely need to be replaced and brought up to code and these lines would have
to be relocated again. If you would please look into this issue right away it would be greatly appreciated.

Ken, I met you at the Bethel Road Project Public Meeting held in late September at City Hall. My wife and
I bought the McDowell property at 239 W. Bethel Road earlier this year. I just wanted you to have our
contact information when you are ready to discuss Right-of-Way issues related to this property and this
project. Also, I would like to make sure that the records at the City properly reflect our ownership if this
property. If there is someone else I need to notify at the City regarding our ownership please let me know.
