Ken, I've looked at the Interlocal Agreement and have added some sections that I think we would each
want in the document.
I have shaded those sections.
I have also removed any portion of the original document that you had lined thru.
We will still need our attorney to look at this but I wanted to fire it back to you for your thoughts as well.
