As we all know we experienced many delays and changes in the above-mentioned project
due to R. O. W. problems encountered by the city. I am enclosing a bill covering the
additional costs incurred because of these delays.
Although the project didn't go quite the way we anticipated when we bid it. We realize
that some costs associated with inconvenience can't necessarily be recouped.
We enjoyed working with you on this project. Let me know if you have any ,~stmns
