As you are already probably aware, the city has given us the go ahead for the storm tie-ins at Bethel.
Please let me know cost and how soon you can have the plans revised for submission to the City.
I'm hoping we can get this revised quickly in order to avoid any delays in receiving plan approval from the
Engineering Dept.

We prepared and sent a letter to the City last week summarizing the
drainage conditions (once the Bethel Road drainage improvements are

wanted to hear back from the City before we proceeded with any changes
to the plans. I spoke with Suzan Taylor this morning and she is going to
touch base with Ken and prepare a response indicating how the City would
like us to proceed. I'll follow-up with you once I get their response.

tie-in. Please let us know something ASAP. We will begin utility
installation shortly and need your blessing on the design. We have
researched this on our end and there shouldn't be any issues but we must
