Garry,
Good morning Garry. I just wanted to touch base with you regarding the Bethel road work. I was just
informed that Craig Bond's last day with TransSystems is Monday and that you will be my point of contact
regarding the Bethel Road revisions.
I spoke to Ken Griffin with the City of Coppell and he is requesting a letter from me along with a copy of
the contract between Duke and TranSystems for these revisions. The City will not approve our Civil plans
until this letter and a copy our contract is received.
How soon can you forward me a proposal for review? The proposal would consist of drawing revisions for
upsizing the storm line under Bethel and adding the median cuts as shown on Pacheco Koch's drawings
that were previously forwarded to your office. I can't imagine these revisions taking much time to make.
Please give me a call so we can discuss our timeframe. My contact information is below.
We have begun our grading operations and need to get this issue resolved in order to begin installation of
underground utilities.
We appreciate your help in expediting this proposal request.
