Mr. Griffin,
Attached is an aerial photo showing the layout of the Freeport XIV & XV
with the Minyard development across Bethel Rd. I recall that you
mentioned you had promised Minyard a median cut for a drive access when
they decided to implement the new drive. As you can see, the median cut
we are proposing and the assumed median cut Minyard could have are 215'
apart. The median cut we are proposing is fairly critical to the
success of the Freeport development since it would be the only access
point for Freeport XV for both eastbound and westbound vehicles on
Bethel Rd. I would like to get your thoughts on this situation as to

whether or not Minyard still needs a median cut, and if so, what is the
proper route of resolving this issue. We would like to get this matter
resolved so that we can incorporate the plans into the Bethel Rd
