(kgriffin@ci.coppell.tx.us)' Cc: 'bruce. barclay@dukerealty.com' Subject: Freeport XIV & XV Mr. Griffin, Attached is an aerial photo showing the layout of the Freeport XIV & XV with the Minyard development across Bethel Rd. I recall that you mentioned you had promised Minyard a median cut for a drive access when they decided to implement the new drive. As you can see, the median cut we are proposing and the assumed median cut Minyard could have are 215' apart. The median cut we are proposing is fairly critical to the success of the Freeport development since it would be the only access point for Freeport XV for both eastbound and westbound vehicles on Bethel Rd. I would like to get your thoughts on this situation as to 5/2007) Ken Griffin - FW: Freeport XIV & XV Pa whether or not Minyard still needs a median cut, and if so, what is the proper route of resolving this issue. We would like to get this matter resolved so that we can incorporate the plans into the Bethel Rd widening project. Thanks for your time.
