Estimates for the fence replacement located at 331 Spanish Moss Court have
been received from six fence contractors. (See Attachments).
The estimate received from Dee's Deck and Fence, 122 Blue Bonnet, Highland
Village, Texas 75067, 214-436-0235, appears to have the lowest estimate,
stated at $9.88 per linear foot, for a total of $1,126.32. This estimate
is for 114' of 8' white pine fence, including one 4' gate.
Please let me know of the final decision on the Fence Contractor selection
as soon as possible.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know.
