Thanks Suzan >>> "Bruce Barclay" <Bruce. Barclay@dukerealty.com> 10/20/05 1: 1 0 PM >>> Suzan, I've attached a new letter from Minyards. The previous one only mentions their existing employee entrance. This new letter states that they will not be requesting a median cut at any location for their employee parking lot. Let me know if you need anything else. We are proceeding with the current design with two median cuts on Bethel per the plan. The one that is marked as 'future' on the aerial drawing. Since Minyards could not have a median opening at the existing drive - they wanted to preserve the option of having one if they extended the west drive from the parking lot. Ken recalls that the proposed drive immediately east of the US post office is a separate issue from the west drive referred to in the 2003 letter. Ken still wants a letter from Minyards in which they state they give up the option of the median opening referred to the letter dated 2003. I will be out of the office tomorrow and Friday.
