FYI
I had a vendor call, who stated he did not bid, complain about the award of the project to Craig Olden. This vendor would
not give his name or the name of his company.
I had to reject Mike Albert as the low bid because he did not complete his bid documents and we awarded the bid to the
second low who happened to be Craig Olden. This vendor feels the City and myself have shown a preference toward Craig
Olden on this project and projects in the past. I assured him that was not the case and that Olden just happened to be the
next low bid.
