I've attached Grapevines comments. They have included a couple of
"whereas's" and additional wording in 2.07. Their intent is to utilize
the tree removal contractor that we use to clear their right of way.
Our goal is to go to the 2/14/06 Council meeting, so let me know what
your thoughts are on their revisions.

I have attached our attorney's comments. Only one is the addition of
wording to allow Grapevine to use your contract to clear the right of
way.
