I have verbal approval from our attorney. I plan on going to Council
on 2/14/06 (our next meeting).

Have you heard anything from your attorney.
I need an answer by the end of this week to get it on our Feb 7
agenda.
Otherwise it will fall to the Feb 21 agenda.
