Ken, below is the final cost for installing TXU Electric Delivery
facilities underground at various locations along Bethel Road as
requested by the City of Coppell. We will need to coordinate the
request in item 3 with the company that is awarded the contract. Thanks

Jerry,
Here is the final cost for the City of Coppell along Bethel Rd. from
about Freeport Pkwy. West to just past the Minyard's warehouse. The
total cost to the City will be $138,869. This includes the following:
1. Underground crossings of Bethel Rd. on the East end of the
project, near the drainage ditch, 2 crossings to serve the existing
Minyard's warehouse, and 1 crossing on the West side of Freeport Pkwy.
and 1 crossing under Freeport Pkwy. from the East to West along the
North ROW of Bethel Rd.
2. A new manhole installed in Freeport Pkwy. on the North side of
Bethel Rd. to handle the cable going South along Freeport, and also the
cable going East and West along the North ROW of Bethel underneath
Freeport.
3. All of the crossings will have to be open cut construction, just
like we did across Coppell Rd. North adjacent to the substation on W.
Sandy Lake Rd. We will work with the City on scheduling and road
closures, as usual.
