This notice ia being placed at your residence in order to keep you
informed of the construction of the Kaye Street Drainage Improvement. The
City of Coppell has awarded a contract to Rhode Construction Company (2031
John West Road, Suite 121, Dallas, Texas 75228). The start work order
will be issued on 3anuary 10, 1992. Construction should begin on or
before 3enuary 20, 1992.
