Bethel Road: Slope Easements, Temporary Construction Easements
Gary,
On the paving plan and profile sheets you show a "catch point" that goes
beyond the ROW on both sides. After comparing the catch point to the cross
sections and the ROW acquisition plans, it looks like some of the slopes will be
extending into temporary construction easements and utility easements, not
permanent slope easements. Will that be all right?
On sheet 63B, 63E & 63F north of the proposed box culvert their is a 60'
drainage easement, but no temporary construction easement left of the drainage ea
sement. In some areas it shows the tie in point to be approximately 20' left
of the drainage easement ROW. Will that be all right?
If you have any questions please fell free to call me at (469) 446-0950.
Thank You.
John Gay
