After comparing the catch point to the cross sections and the ROW acquisition plans, it looks like some of the slopes will be extending into temporary construction easements and utility easements, not permanent slope easements. Will that be all right? On sheet 63B, 63E & 63F north of the proposed box culvert their is a 60' drainage easement, but no temporary construction easement left of the drainage ea sement. In some areas it shows the tie in point to be approximately 20' left of the drainage easement ROW. Will that be all right? If you have any questions please fell free to call me at (469) 446-0950.
