I appreciate your taking time to meet with me yesterday. I have attached our request for the letter
regarding the median cuts at Bethel with relevant aerials and sketches. I will FedX originals to you today
for tomorrow morning delivery. Included in that Fed X will be a Fed X label you can use to send me your
letter. Please do not use the one included in this email. I don't believe the scanned copy will work. If
possible please fax or email me a copy of your letter as well.

Dear Mr. Conine:
I would first like to thank you for your time yesterday. As we discussed, the City of Coppell has
requested that I obtain a letter from Minyards in regards to future median cuts you may request at Bethel
Road.
I have attached aerials showing our development on the north side of Bethel Road (Freeport Buildings
XIV & XV) as well as sketches/drawings showing possible future Minyards median cuts. The proposed
future approach and turn lane near the Post Office (drawing attached) does not conflict with any of our
planned approaches/median cuts. The median cut in question is at your employee North parking lot
(sketch attached). This, if requested, would prevent us from constructing a median cut and turn lane
between Buildings XIV & XV. The distance between the two would not meet the minimum required by
the City. In order for us to proceed with our current proposed plan the City of Coppell requires a letter
from Minyards stating that they will not require this median cut.
If, in fact, you do not intend on requesting this median cut please forward a letter stating such to my
attention. I have attached a Fed X label for your use.
