In reference to your attached letter regarding our project Nort lake 635 Business Park Lot 2R Block B _
(1333 Crestside Drive) there was not an NOI filed due to project size with TECQ. I did find that we filed
a Notice of construction with your city for the work that was to be performed. I have completed an NOT
form and enclosed it for your files. The project manager Mr. Homrighausen and his project assistant have
since left the company after the closing of this project and myself being new to the company last year at
the close of this project, I can only follow the paper trail. If there is any other type of forms needed,
please feel free to call me at any time.

Dear Mr. Homrighausen:
Representatives of the City of Coppell have confirmed a final inspection of paving and utilities for
the referenced project. The project was built entirely on private property and requires no
maintenance bond.
You may notify the MS4 (City of Coppell) at any time during the two -year maintenance period if
stabilization of the site per the SWPPP permit can be demonstrated. If so, complete and submit a
Notice of Termination (NOT) to discontinue coverage under the SWPPP permit.

no longer authorized to discharge storm water associated with construction activity under the general permit TXR150000,
and that discharging pollutants in storm water associated with construction activity to waters of the U.S. is unlawful under
the Clean Water Act where the discharge is not authorized by a TPDES permit. I also understand that the submittal of this
Notice of Termination does not release an operator from liability for any violations of this permit or the Clean Water Act.
