'1'hese designs have been fonnulated In compliance with ACI 211.1-91, absolute
volume method. The mix materials test data utilized in the formulation of these
mix designs were obtained from laboratory tests conduct8d in-house on material
Alltpled at the soun::e shOwn on attached mix design. The laboratory tests were
antuct8d on Fine Aggregllte on May 10, 2007 and Coane Aggregate on
May 10, 2007. Mix acljustn~ for water and admixture may be requited

We have formulated the following conaete mix designs in accordance with the
spedftcations supplied by you.
These designs have been formulated In compliance with AQ 211.1-91, absolute
volume method. The mix materials test d8ta utilized in the formulation of these
