onstructlOn Plan Review Comments (2nd Submittal)
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
I. Sidewalks to be constructed on S. Beltline Rd. and E. Beltline Rd.

2. Water line easement shows 15', it should be 20',
3, Provide an easement for the public fire hydrant on the north side.
Sheet CE2
4. The existing water line on S, Beltline Rd. is 16" not 8".

5. TFC sign to be relocated,

6. Again, all water should be picked up onsite, There should be no surface water discharged to
S. Belt Line Rd. and/or E. Belt Line Rd.
7. Provide drainage calculations and tabulations,
8. There is an existing 12" storm drain on the north side of this property that ties into the
existing inlet in Sanders Loop. This line needs to be shown and preserved during work.
Please make the necessary changes and submit these marked-up plans and two sets of revised
plans to the City for review. If you have any questions, please contact this office at your
convemence.
