Could you make contact w/ Ms. Chapa (972-462-0116) concerning an ongoing drainage problem at her
house/business at 829 Bullock? She said that someone has maybe looked at it in the past, but I couldn't
find a work order in Impact.
She came by my office, but I had a hard time trying to determine what she wanted. She kept talking
about water lines and then she would talk about rainwater. She had a letter from her insurance
company concerning plumbing reports. I told her that we didn't have anything on her plumbing lines
and then she would talk about rainwater. I finally told her that I would have someone contact her and
meet her in the field.
