have received no response from you, we are again forwarding for your review a copy of the revised
Development Agreement shovdng SCI Denton Tap, Ltd. as the ow~aer of the referenced property,.
We are asking for your assistance in processing the Development Agreement and returning it for
execution by the Ci~'. Please note that we also need your assistance in providing Exhibit 'A', which
is the legal description of the entire 10-~_ acre tract of land. A copy of both executed and recorded
agreements will be forwarded to you.

It has recently come to our attention that you are the new owner of the property located on the
south side of S.H. 121 bypass at Denton Tap Road. Enclosed for you review is a copy of the
revised Development Agreement showing SCI Denton Tap, Ltd. as the owner of the referenced
property. We are asking for your assistance in processing the Development Agreement and
returning it for execution by the City. Please note that you will need to provide Exhibit 'A',
which is the legal description of the entire 10-~-_ acre tract of land. A copy of both executed and
recorded agreements will be forwarded to you.

A copy of the recorded development agreement for Denton Tap Road north of S.H. 121 bypass is
attached for your file. In processing that agreement, we realized that the development agreement
for the south side of S.H.121 bypass has not been executed. Recently during a telephone
conversation, you indicated that the property had been sold. Therefore, we are again asking your
assistance in providing the name and address of the new property owner so that we can process
the agreement to them.
