As this location is in the City of Coppell, we will allow connection to our utilities with payment of the appropriate connection fees. To the best of my knowledge the utilities are as follows: WATER: There is an existing 16" water line on Bethel Rd. that is subbed out in the center of Bethel Rd. at the southeast corner of said property. The plans for Bethel Rd. which is currently under construction, propose to tie into the 16" water line with a 16" water line. There is also a 12" water line stubbed out on the west side of Lot 2R Block A of Freeport North, which is also the northwest corner of Bethel Business Park. SANITARY SEWER: With the current Bethel Rd. project there is a proposed 8" sanitary sewer line stub-out on the northwest corner of Lot 1 Block 1, CiCi's No. 1. STORM DRAINAGE: There are no storm drain systems proposed on Bethel Rd. directly in front of Bethel Business Park. There is an existing 48" RCP stub-out on the north side of Bethel Business Park. This system was installed with Lot 1 Block A, Freeport North. As always in the development of the property, the engineer should determine whether the existing utilities available to the site are adequate to service this site or if additional pumping and/or storage facilities are necessary for fire protection.
