The only thing that could change may be additional fire hydrants. You may want to check with Tim Oates to
determine how they would handle a fire in the cemetery. If additional fire hydrants are needed, then the 2"
waterline would need to be upsized to a 6 or 8" waterline. Long term there will be issues with the trail and
potential buildings on the east side that encroach in the floodplain and waters of the US.

We are being asked to help develop budget numbers for the infrastructure
costs in phase 1. Before we do anything more, I would like to get Staff's
comments on our preliminary plans. Has your department had a chance to look
