Gentlemen:
At the request of the City of Coppell, the location of the 24-inch butterfly valve and 3-inch air release valve
originally planned at centerline station 24+25 is hereby relocated to cente~ine station 25+05. As a result, the
waterline grade from station 20+75 to station 25+05. Revised construction plan sheets 2 and 3, marked Field
Change Number 4, are enclosed and detail the change.
Please proceed with construction of the water in accordance with this revision. If you have any questions or
