Dear Mr. Mills:
As per your request, I am forwarding you a copy of the survey plan, along
the west side of your lot, showing some spot elevations. Please note that
according to Mr. Terry Mitchell, Design Engineer with Carter & Burgess,
Inc., the elevations were mainly taken along the 10 feet drainage easement.
You had also made a request that the excavated soil material, for
placement of the storm system, be hauled onto your residential lot.
Please note that according to City's legal council, such activity is not
recommended.
