Construction Plan 2nd Review Comments
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
General Comments
1. Include the plat.
Gradin2 Plan/ Storm Sewer Plan
2. The 6'X3' box on Royal Lane does not tie into the 6'X3' connected to the existing drop inlet
on the northeast corner of this property. There is another box system that runs parallel to
that, (see W. Sandy Lake Road Drainage plans ST99-02).
3. Include grading with the left turn lane plan.
4. Does the grading plan have enough detail and information to build?
5. You have put a 10' curb inlet behind the sidewalk in the center of the project, will this work?
(Grading plan needs more detail)
Utilitv Plan
6. The fire hydrant on the entrance driveway off Royal Lane is not required.
7. Fire hydrants will be required in the future along the west side of the parking lot, it would be
easier to install at this time.
8. You are proposing to tie a 10" Sanitary Sewer into an 8" existing, which then ties back into a
10".
9. Show storm sewer crossings on sanitary sewer profile.

10. Protect inlets on site once installed.
