1. Call Dallas and Irving to check valves and vaults
2. Remove water pipe over Verizon box
3. Missing sewer manhole; City cannot locate at Kimbel Ct.
4. Valve for vault to school not working
5. Mark ML V in blue on curb at school valve
6. Mark MH in red on curb and paint lid on north side of Sandy Lake
7. Reset FH on north side of Sandy Lake
8. Reset irrigation to nursery to meter bolts can be worked
9. Replace threaded wing on 2nd FH north of Sandy Lake; will not thread
10. Mark MH on curb at 1200 Sandy Lake - two manholes
11. Reset meter at 1200 Sandy Lake - too low
12. Reset meter at 1204 Sandy Lake
13_ DC leaking on 2" meter for gun club
14. All manhole lids in street need to be rated for 400 Ibs
15. All DC's need testing
16. Rainpan and Chimney seal in water vault lid
17. Check plans for valve to vaults at Starleaf
18. Valve for 16" on Sandy Lake to Starleaf will not work
19. Replace lid on water valve at Riverchase
20. Mark ML V in blue on curb on west side of Riverchase
21. Two valves missing on east side of Riverchase
22. FH north of Riverchase - replace valve stack, extension and pad
23. Repaint all FH yellow
24. Place dirt around irrigation meter can at 1421 Sandy Lake
25. Replace leaking FH -last FH on north Sandy Lake
