Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: North Kay Street Drainage Easements Dear Shohre: I am in receipt of your memorandum of October 1, 1991, wherein you sent me a copy of the above-mentioned 19 easements. Actually you sent me only the copy of the first page of the easement form CC-215. This easement form contains an acknowledgment which should have been executed by a notary on the reverse side of the easement form. This acknowledgement is necessary in order to be able to record the easement. Assuming that the acknowledgment is in proper form, it is my opinion that the language used to fill in the easemen~ is in sufficient form to grant the easements to the City. The easements should be recorded in the Deed Records of Dallas County. The City should keep in mind that a number of the easements have special conditions required of the City and any contractor working in the easement area should be aware of these special conditions.
