This letter is in response to your City review letter dated 7-23-07.
PLAT
1-3. The plat with the requested changes has been included with these plans.
PA VING PLAN PROFILE
4. The 5' sidewalk on Denton Tap Road has been added.
WATER AND SAN IT AR Y SEWER PLAN
5. A manhole has been added at station 2+ 11.
6. The manhole abandonment note has been added.
7. I spoke with Barson Utilities who will be doing the water line construction. They
informed me that Hanson Pipe Co. who is a manufacturer of concrete cylinder
pipe, will be installing a tapping sleeve, and weld back the damaged areas of the
pIpe.
8. The pipe deflection to avoid the inlets has been reduced to less than 10 degrees.
9. The drop inlet has been moved into the lot to clear the existing sewer by 8 feet.
10. The sanitary sewer has been moved as requested.
11. Bethel Road is planned to be rebuilt. For this reason, the open cut method seems more
appropriate. The flowable backfill should provide adequate support for the road until
then.
LOT GRADING
12. All slopes have been flattened to 4: 1.
A note has been added to the grading and paving plans that no fill shall be placed on the
north side of Olympia Lane, prior to the issuance by FEMA of the letter of map revision
(LOMR).
