Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 The City With A Beautiful Future 214-462-0022 FILE COPY Mr. Blake Svejkovsky 331 Spanish Moss Court Coppell, Texas 75019 RE: NORTH KAYE STRF_~ DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS Dear Mr. Svejkovsky: As you know, the City of Coppell is in the process of imples~nting an underground drainage isprove~nt project in order to minimize flooding in back yards of Morth Kaye Street lots. The City has received necessary drainage easements from affected property o~ners along Kaye Street. Please be advised that there is an existing 10 foot utility easement along your property line and your nieghbors at 327 Spanish Moss, which will be used for connecting the proposed drainage pipe to the existing drainage pipe on the north side of Spanish Moas Court. This existing utility easement is the only route available to the city that makes this project possible. The City of Coppell would like to assure you that the easement will be used with the following conditions: - Once construction of the underground drainage ayste~ is completed, or after any entry, repairs and/or ~aintanance, the City of Coppell shall return the surface area including any fence to its original condition, as nearly as practical, taking into consideration the nature of the work being performed. - Trees will he replaced to an equivalent caliper and type tree, not necessarily on a tree for tree basis, but on an inch per inch basis.
